We have created this manual to help you feel at home in our property before you even set foot in the front door. We have included helpful tips on how to work the appliances, house rules, and most excitingly a local guide to great food, bars, trails & what to do in and around our beautiful community of Bella Vista! 

We look forward to making your trip to NW Arkansas as comfortable as possible!

Check in & out

Check in is 4pm, and check out is 11am. If you need special accommodations regarding these times, please reach out, and we will see if we can help you out.

Parking

We have a covered carport for you to park on the property. We also have a driveway that can accommodate up to one additional vehicle.

Wifi 

You will receive a welcome email with the current login information to access our high-speed wifi.

How to use appliances

Check out our YouTube channel for quick instructional videos on how to use the hot tub, coffee maker, grill & fire pit. 

House Rules:

No one likes rules, including us! So we’ll keep this section short…

• No smoking.
• Please only use metal or plastic cups in the hot tub. There will be an extra cleaning fee if we  have to clean up broken glass in or around the hot tub.
• No parties. 
• Please treat our home with the same care and respect as you would yours.
