Our Small Escape awaits 2–4 people looking to relax and reconnect. Walk in the front door and be greeted by a 20ft wall of windows. We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail and are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. However, you may want to stay and enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub that comfortably seats four, or take your time in the walk-in shower made for two. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

The Space

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with anything you could need to prepare your favorite dishes. Custom-built cabinetry from trees that were grown on our property! Near full-size side-by-side refrigerator. Coffee and tea provided.

Livingroom: A couch and 2 comfortable leather chairs to relax on while you look out the windows at our beautiful wooded view! 50″ smart TV.

Main Bedroom: Queen pillowtop bed, dresser, and large walk-in closet. The washer and dryer are in the closet. Plenty of storage space.

Bathroom: Large 4’x6′ walk-in shower with two showerheads. Equipped with a 50-gallon hot water tank so you and your significant other can take as long as you want together.

Loft (Bedroom #2): Queen pillowtop bed, 2 nightstands, and clothes rack. (Don’t forget the view!)

Deck: 10ft x 30ft deck with gas firepit and four Adirondack chairs, gas grill, and a hot tub that will comfortably seat four people.

Storage: Carport outside to safely park your vehicle and bikes away from the elements.

Guest access

Front door access by a key stored in wifi equipped lockbox. The back door is equipped with a smart lock just in case that key slips out of your hands.

Other things to note

Our property is located directly on the Little Sugar biking trail that is a part of and connects with the OZ Trail system. This is a perfect place to stay if you are a mountain biking enthusiast or just want to go for a challenging hike on the trails or just enjoy each other.
